Hook School summer semester 2022, coached by no less than the toughest swoopers in Finland!
Training for those interested in swooping about once a month throughout the season. The goal is a safe and sensible continuum of training progression so that there is a clear red thread throughout the season on how to proceed in your own training.
The first session in May will start with theory and then move on to jumping. This time it is hoped that all participants will be present, and the jumping season will have already been opened.
The other sessions will focus on the jumping and on feedback from the video. It would be desirable for participants to be present at each session, but one-off visits are acceptable.

There will be 1-2 jump days per session and as many jumps as we can manage, to be agreed later. Expenses will be paid by the participants according to the actual number of jumps. Places are limited.
